At MyLonchera we respect your right to delete your account and the personal data associated with it at any time. This page describes the process, what data is deleted, what data we must retain for legal reasons, and how to contact us.

⚠ Irreversible action: once confirmed, we cannot restore your account, order history, reviews or favorites. If you are a vendor, please withdraw your pending payouts and download your reports (1099-NEC, sales, shift closures) before deleting.

1. Delete your account from inside the app (recommended)

If you still have access to the app, this is the fastest and safest method. Deletion is automatic and immediate.

  1. Open the MyLonchera app and sign in.
  2. Tap the Profile tab (bottom-right corner).
  3. Open Privacy & Data.
  4. Tap Delete account forever.
  5. Confirm your password and press Delete.
  6. You will receive a confirmation and your session will be closed automatically.

2. Delete your account if you cannot sign in

If you lost access (forgotten password, lost device, locked account), send us a request by email:

We will verify your identity and complete the deletion within 30 days maximum (typically 48–72 business hours).

Before deleting your account, you can request a portable copy (JSON format) of your personal data from inside the app: Profile → Privacy & Data → Export my data. You can also request it by email at privacy@mylonchera.com.
